How to change skins to News Reporter Skin
Download Skin as a standard .png file.
Log in with your Minecraft account at www.minecraft.net/ and click on the profile tab.
Click choose file, and find and select the .png that is your skin, once the file is chosen hit upload, and Enjoy!!
